This area offers an attractive and varied fishing experience. Through a variety of measures the Fishery Administration Association is attempting to establish a self re-producing trout population in the larger lakes. Salmon and sea trout have free passage from the sea into Ingsjöarna. The fishing of salmon and trout is prohibited from 1st October to 1st March.

• Only artificial lures are allowed in Lindomeån. A special day permit must be also be purchased in order to fish in Lindomeån. Fishing is permitted from 1st March to 1st October.
• Catches are limited to a maximum of 3 salmon or trout.
• The minimium catch size for Salmon is 50 cm and for trout 45 cm.
