This FAA includes several lakes situated in an urban environment, the city of Borås. You can fish in beautiful natural surroundings, with the city just around the corner. The FAA runs from southern Borås through the centre of the town before finishing in Viskan. The lakes provide good fishing for children, and all the lakes have bridges that allow disabled access.

• Fishing by boat is only permitted in Viskan and not in Boråssjöarnas many lakes where fishing is only permitted from the lakeside.
• A fishing permit entitles you to a maximum catch of three rainbow trout
• Fishing is only permitted from 1st May until 30th November
• Ice fishing is not permitted, except in Ramnasjön.
• Only one piece of fishing equipment at a time is allowed.
• In Ramnasjön only bottom angling and angling with a top tied line is allowed.
